When we were at Danny's mom's house for Emily's first birthday, Barb announced that she wanted the family to get together for Christmas Eve. We were thrilled to be included in that invitation. We shared that we had family coming out and she re-iterated that everyone was invited. So, on December 24th we headed over to Barb's house for a Christmas Eve family dinner and visiting.

Later that evening, Dave and I, and J and Debbie read the Christmas story together and then J read us "The Night Before Christmas". We then retired and waited for Santa's arrival.
