Our trip was phenomenal. It was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. I have already downloaded over 2900 pictures and still have another memory card to download (not to mention the two that Dave had in his camera). Lots of sorting is in my future!
So, why am I not blogging the trip already? Sorry, no time.
We are trying to move back into the swamp by the first of October. The hardwood floors are in and are beautiful. The carpeting was laid this past week. Stef and Danny are finishing up the tile. Cabinets and sinks are on order and scheduled to arrive on Friday. Dave has cabinets and toilets & other fixtures to install; we still need to have our water tested; and we need a new water heater. Still lots to do, but we can do a lot once we are back in -install door frames and doors, moldings, and baseboards.
Today we took two loads of our stuff over to the swamp and next week we'll move the majority of the furniture and stuff over there. We are both so excited.
Needless to say...no time to blog......but our trip was FANTASTIC and we will blog it....
stay tuned...it will come...eventually!

So glad that you guys had such a fantastic trip and that you're moving back in. How exciting and how busy! Wish we were there to help. Can't wait to see your pictures, but TOTALLY understand if that's not for months. ;)
I am so glad you all had such a great time on your trip--you both sure deserved it! And I cannot wait to see the pictures and hear all about it!
