OK...I have spent the last couple of hours updating our blog so you can all stop harassing me now! :-)

I'll be posting soon on some of the improvements made on our house. And, NO, the mortgage company (Freddie Mac to be exact) has not resolved our insurance monies issues yet! I am ready to get a lawyer...
