Today they started the hardwood floor installation! Here is the pile of 72 boxes (about 1400 sq ft) in our livingroom (that's where the installer wanted them).
He has already completed this section just today. It runs from the one end of the kitchen to the far wall of the game room!

They say they will get it done in about 4-5 days! Whoo hoo! Then when we get back it will be the carpeting, cabinets, and fixtures!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING BLOGGING!!! Go on your trip, take LOTS of pictures...and make me jealous! I am so sorry you didn't get a phone call....my silly mother had her dates mixed up.
