This weekend Dave and I headed to Atlanta (about a 4 hr drive). We really felt we needed some rejuvenation and just some time to meditate and pray. So, this is where we went. It was beautiful and just the renewal we needed. Unfortunately, the weather kept us from going to Stone Mountain. It was windy, rainy, and just plain cold. But, we figure, we really were in a better place for the time we were there especially since it was over the Easter holiday weekend.
As a friend of mine wrote in a note to me, "Life is good. God is good". I share in that sentiment!
