The Grandkids

Warning: This is the first of several long posts! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Friday night we took the opportunity to see the grandkids (we got to see them Saturday too, but Friday I got pictures!). Both are growing up so fast. Emily is now rolling from her back to her tummy and she holds up her head really well. She is so fun now. The colic seems to have passed and she is filled with giggles and smiles---the kinds of things that warm the hearts of grandparents (and parents too)! She is a babbler just like Stefanie--it's fun how she just talks to you and blows bubbles. She's a little slobbery right now, but she's still cute! :-)

Emily had just flipped over! Those big blue eyes!

Ethan and Papa put together his 4 foot firetruck puzzle. Here he was saying "ta da!" while Dave is looking a little spacey! :-)

Emily has just been started on cereal this past week. She usually loves it, but she was tired and a little bewildered during this feeding. Don't you love her little piggy bib?

What a blessing it is to be able to see them so often. We sure wish we had that luxury with Caitlin and Caleb.
