Blessings of the Weekend

We got moved into our rental! Hooray!! Our own bed is wonderful.

After dealing with the aspects of the move, we headed to Costco and Sam's Club where we made the first dents in replacing needed "stuff". I am thrilled to announce that I am now once again the happy owner of a vacuum cleaner! We also picked up some other "odds and ends" and found a sectional sofa that we both liked.

A sectional? Yes, believe it or not. I actually LIKE it. Shock....I'm not the sectional type.

We drive it and all of our other treasures "home" on the trailer at 9pm at night. The trailer is missing the lights connector---and thankfully we found an auto parts store that still let Dave in. Then we could drive home without fearing a ticket for no lights on our trailer. Of course, when all was said and done, and everything was cleared out, guess what appeared?! Yep, that dog-gone light connector!

Then Dave and Danny schlep the sectional into the living room.

What do we learn?! It's bigger than we thought or the room shrank. I think it's the former.

But, we like it anyway...

We are blessed! We are thankful for the new "beginning!"
